What this contribution does:

This contribution places a rotational banner on the column_right.php or column_left.php file. I found that other contributions used the banner manager and would put a box around my image. What I wanted was an image that would change after a set amount of time. The script is not mine, but I have found it the easiest and simplist script out there for what I need.
