| What it does: For shop owners who update their rates periodically, this enables them to never have to manually update rates on shipping.php! When you update the rates via the oscommerce admin, you never have to do it a second time! This contribution is not intended for shops with a plethora of different shipping options. (Like UPS, Fed Ex, Regular Mail, etc. etc.) -- but if you can get it to work or rewrite it to be more compatible with that type of shop, then by all means expand this!
