Post Skip Create_Account_Success (faster checkout) v1.0
The purpose of this contribution is to have your customer flow straight into the shipping choices after making an account, instead of being stopped at the create account success page. If the customer has nothing in their shopping cart, then it will divert them to the success page. I take no credit for the code. It was from the "Combined login and create account page" Contribution by Jumping Rabitt found below. For my needs, I didn't need the rest of the contribution.
