Show Shipping Method v 1.00

This modification will show the Shipping Method on the primary order page to assist in identifying the shipping methods for a given order. It came about since shipping methods often determine which orders need to be processed quickly.

These instructions make a few assumptions:
1. That you are using the USPS Methods 2.8 modification
2. That you are using the UPS Choice 1.8 modification
Additionally, these instructions place the shipping method display under the order status. Depending on your desires it can be placed in any of the columns on the PRIMARY order display however you will need to locate the correct placement (on a clean install the primary display table begins around line 376).

This modification code only incorporates our shipping methods BUT it is annotated WHERE to easily add other methods you may be using.
