Post PayPal Website Payments Pro (US) Direct Payments
Changes:

Add configuration parameter to control where the card details should be collected; either on the checkout payment or checkout confirmation page. This is needed for 2.2MS2 compatibility which can only collect card details on the checkout payment page.

Affected Files:

catalog/includes/modules/payment/paypal_direct.php

Upgrade Notes:

The module needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled for the new configuration paramter to become available. Please note the current settings before uninstalling the module and reapply them again when the module has been installed.
