FX_Email_Verification_1.0

Helps to prevent bogus emails with new accounts. Creates random password and return link and emails to customer along with welcome message. The password text boxes are prepopulated with this random password and cannot be edited. Customer is redirected to info page after creating account and not logged in. The customer can then return to store using the enclosed email link and log in using the password.

Originally written and tested with oscommerce-2.2rc1 but should work with v2.2 as well
