This contribution gives you the ability to toggle the option to have reviews on products. I've set this up
because for some of my products simply don't need reviews, while others it would be nice to show
them. So you now have the option through your admin/categories.php view to allow or disallow
reviews. It sets up another colum in admin/categories.php to the right of the 'Status' colum and utilizes the same red light/green light buttons.
