 USPS Methods For those who noticed the First Class doesn't show up - it was because usps.php did not replace "First Class" with "FIRST CLASS" near the bottom of the file - also, I changed the names of the services that are output to checkout_shipping.php to be more user friendly :) Thanks for all those who have made this useful - same as below by bkpie + my minor changes.
