Customer Updates - Customer Comments v1.0 When a customer updates their order an email gets sent to the store owner.
Both the To: and From: fields are the store owner.
This small change makes the from field to the customers name and email.
Makes easier if you just want to reply to the emal.

Re: Customer Updates - Customer Comments v1.0 I am attempting to load this contribution as our store uses the comment feature intensively for almost all order fulfillment.
I have gone through the forum thread used for the support of this contrib; however, I am unable to find a solution.
It is loaded and I am able to write a comment; however, upon pushing the button to submit, the page just reloads and does not post comments or update order.
Has anyone here been able to load this contrib or have any insight?
