iPaymex Payment Module

Payment Module for implementing the iPaymex payment gateway. We wrote this for one of our clients who uses them, then turned it into a contribution to share. NOTE - the testing number contained in the file may not active - you should consult the iPaymex.com website or your client's account information to get the most current numbers.
