Post Local Delivery Option
I've installed the last ChristofVT's modification wich was posted on 22 Apr 2006 and understood that this module is for good.
I looked throwout the contribution and found that it's enable to add this delivery method for some zip codes only.
Actually it wasn't for me so, and I realized that I should change this zip enable delivery to City enable delivery.

So, this is the same package as posted ChristofVT but with City enable delivery!
