This version shrinks the amount of required queries to operate and removes the zone select option. Zone select is not needed due to this module being tied to your stores set zone. This is done to force the module to only work with local in state or province orders.
The base used for development is flat shipping allowing you to set only a single shipment value per city.
An updated module that allows table rates per city (price, quantity, weight) and a separate zone from the store zone will be released soon.
