Adding on to the zero value fix, I noticed that this fix was only if DHL returned a value of $0.00 dollars for the $cost value. But actually the value that the DHL module returned was a NULL value. With the old fix my customers were still able to select a cost value of zero. It seems to work now once we recognize that the $cost value returned is a NULL rather than a zero.
