Updated files and sql file.

Did some changes to the shippingfile also. A known problem with this module have been if a customer used a postnumber like N-2010 or something that didn't match the four digit postcode in the table.. If N-2010 were used it would cause the checkout process to stop without giving the customer any reason for what went wrong.

This update solve this problem, i hope.
