Nothing new in code ! Only changes for Bulgarian BulPOST. If you are not from Bulgaria you don't need it.

Bulpost predlaga specialni ceni za sasedni i evropeiski darjavi. Promenih obshto vzeto 2,3, i 4 zoni. Nad 5 kg sam vkaral cenata na DPD. Novoto e samo vav faila zones.php i samo nego kachvam tuk. Language faila e v prednia 2.2.1
