in catalog/admin/includes/boxes/customers.php

BOX_MANUAL_ORDER_CREATE_ACCOUNT

should be

BOX_ADMIN_CREATE_ACCOUNT

only on local test bed with no email server setup. so can not test fully, but insert of new customer into database. is not happening before email is sent to customer.

p.s. file is just a dummy file and includes what is written here.
