Product Quantity Dropdown on Product Info Page

This contribution will let you add a product quantity dropdown on the product info page, so any costumer will not need to go to shopping cart to change the quantity.

In this version, I've integrated the dropdown menu with the stock availability (thanks holucas), so when there is insufficient products the page will show the message "Out of stock" plus the availability date, and when there is available stock, the drop down menu will show the exact amount of product on stock.

Thanks to Tonbo Nuske for the Portuguese translation, and also thanks to holucas that help with the stock integration, I make some improvements based on his work.

Esta contribución te permitirá añadir un menu desplegable de cantidad de productos en la página product_info para que tus clientes no necesiten modificar la cantidad de productos en la pagina shopping_cart.

Ademas, se ha añadido la integración de este menú con la disponibilidad en stock. Asi que cuando no haya producto aparecera un mensaje diciendo "Agotado" con la fecha en que estará disponible, y cuando SI haya producto disponible, el menu desplegable solo mostrará la cantidad exacta de productos disponibles.

Gracias a Tonbo Nuske por la traducción al Portugues, y tambien gracias a holucas que contribuyó con la verificación de stock, al que le hice algunas mejoras.
