OBJECTIVEs:

1. Send order info to Authorize.net Payment form to collect credit card info off-site.
2. Return to site to complete order.
3. Eliminate need for SSL Certificate.
4. Minimize risk associated with accepting credit cards online by performing that step @ Authorize.net.
