That is the exact problem I have been having. The problem is that I can't find the get_decimal_point function anywhere and it craps out there. Where can I find this? I found the get_decimal_places function in includes/classes/currencies.php but not the get_decimal_point.

Thank goodness someone is making some headway on this.

FYI, I can now confirm that the fix listed in the bug tracker link does in fact solve this problem.
