I cannot get the mod to pull up in Cpanel. I do not know what to do and YourPayAPI's tech support wont offer any help because they keep telling me that they dont provide support for OS Commerce, they just provide support for Your PAy. You would think with the number of customers they have that use OSC, they would be more helpful. Guess not.
I tried to use the mod listed there and followed the directions. I double checked it and even checked with my host, which is Hostgator to see if their firewall is blocking anything. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I am going out of my mind trying to get this thing. Also, I figured as a back up, I would try using another gateway. Authorize.net seems very expensive and so does VErisign. Any suggestions?![]()
Here is an important step that I learned from elsewhere on this forum. Go to the YourPay site and download the PHP files for the YourPay API. This has nothing to do with OS Commerce, but included in the code is sample html files that you can upload to your host and test your connection with YourPay.
1) Create a new folder on your host.
2) Copy 3 files (PHP_FORM_MIN.html,PHP_FORM_MIN.php,lphp.php) from the YourPay API site to that new folder.
3) Copy your PEM file that you received in your welcome email from YourPay into the new folder.
Navigate to http://yourhost/newfolder/PHP_FORM_MIN.html fill in the info (you should just have to change the expiration date to any future date) and hit submit (You might want to try this with a secure URL also, I haven't figured out yet if it is required)
This will test your hosts ability to connect to YourPay, I suggest you make sure that works before trying to troubleshoot anything in OSCommerce. If it doesn't work, then there is a problem either with your Host or your YourPay account and you can talk to them to try to troubleshoot.
Hope this helps... I'm still in the process of getting this to work myself.
