I need Help

I am new to this. I just secured a Domain name, and I have a web hosting company that has provided this program for use. The online store that I want to create will have over 3,000 items, and I want to start building the Web Pages, but I do not know how to go about it. I hope that there are existing templates that I could revise, and wizzards that would self populate information.

Be sure to check the wiki but you will need to have a steep learning curve if you wish to customise the look of your online shop.
Easy Populate gives a method to upload products using a spreadsheet.
You don't mention which application that you have or the version. This will determine the availability of templates to purchase (or if lucky, find for free).

Thanks!! After looking at what I have I thought that the software was very technical in nature. I just downloaded osCMax v2.0.25. I also have the option of using Zen Cart or Prestashop. Do these allow me to build a website inside them, or is it better to buils it outside these programs, and use them only for the shopping cart features.

Each of these packages will provide template based e-commerce facilities and each has their fans and detractors. What is more important, IMO, is that each has merits in particular features.
However, the recent enhancements to 'Max 2.0.25 (SVN version), and additionally the yet to be fully released 2.5, pushes 'Max ahead of Zen Cart in many respects. Prestashop is built on a different base and with different objectives. I won't comment any further, as this is an osCmax site, not a Prestashop one.
You should consider support and availability of information, in addition to the feature set.
osCmax has an inbuilt Topics and Articles feature which can be readily used for all manner of website information, often called CMS.
None of the aforementioned packages are dedicated (static) website applications, such a Dreamweaver (yuk!), Frontpage (yukker!) or other such web authoring software.

I am looking for wizzards to halp me make the website...are there any, and if so how do I access them. Also how do I do I preview the pages before I go live?
