PapPal IPN Generating Multiple Confirmation Email

My paypal IPN is not working properly. When a customer pays on paypal I will get different amount of IPN notification and the confirmation emails matches the IPN notification. If get 5 IPN notification for the same customer, then I get the 5 notification email. It is like massive duplications. not sure why I am gettign so many notifcations from paypal.

My paypal setting is
