Hello and Please Help

I am very new to this and could use a little help if you please. I had a site set up by Power Sellers Union and they did a fair job. I found that I have a problem with the setup in that when I go to product listing and enter a wholesale price in the block provided it will not be stored. In other words, when I log off and then Log on again, the wholesale price is gone, This is very frustating when you have spent a great deal of time to enter it. It also makes it very hard when trying to set up Specials for a sales event because the wholesale price and the list price are supposed to show up here. Power sellers union says that the reason is than it is not set up as a wholesale site, which does not make sense at all. What am I missing or doing wrong here. Appreciate any help on how to fix this.

2) sounds like an issue with the ISP as OSCMax works well with customer groups
3) This isn't the right place to get help with the issue as this is the "tell us about yourself" location. May I suggest that you repost what you need help on somewhere else (like in the right location in the forum, based on the question your asking).
