 osCMax compatability with osCommerce?? Hi, I'm totally new to osCMax but have assembled a shopping cart site using osCommerce before. My questions is can osCommerce templates be used in osCMax? Can I simply import a template/make the coding changes in osCMax just like in osCommerce? Thanks.      |

Welcome to OSCMAX! osCommerce templates tend to hard coded so it is not a simple drag and drop to osCmax - there is a tutorial on how to do it here. and a thread discussing it here Although - osCmax uses BTS (Basic Template System) which is far easier to use than vanilla osCommerce. There is also a new development in the form of an HTML only template for BTS created by michael_s. Hope this helps, |
