Help with oscommerce template. ugh

Hello, I purchased my first oscommerce template. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I even chatted with support techs to make sure this wasn't going to be much different from the html pages I have been creating for the last three years. I have been working on this project too long and hoping to get some answers here.

I need to edit my contact page
I need to add music
and...I would like to add a swf file to the index page instead of the current image.

what is the point nof having those html pages if you don't edit them?

Sorry to hear your having issues. I would suggest you post this into a SUPPORT forum.

oscommerce does not have any HTML pages - it's HTML code is all inter mixedup with PHP programing code. OSCMAX does have a template system that seaprate most of the HTML to make it easier to modify for templating purposes.

Thank you, I actually did go to template-tuning support and was directed here. I saw some talk about upgrading to osCMax. Is something I can do with the current template?

Templating feature is quite powerful. Depending on what you have - you might be able to reppkicate your template - or include the relivent code into oscmax. Your best to post a fresh topic in the proper forum.
