There are several areas in OSCOMMERCE (and thus osCMax as well) that is not very MULTI-LINGUAL friendly - and that is - any ADMIN text feilds that are stored in the DB for the admin side that does not use an external language file. Even some external files are not fully or properly translated.

There is some work that was on on a french language - but is not complete and still needs work
