[Admin Issue] Order & Packing Order Form PDF's not showing Model Number

Hi

Just a a quick question the Order & Packing Order Form pdf's are not showing the Model number even though there is a model number column. The model shows in the invoice and packing slip normal but not in either of the pdfs Could anyone advise how to rectify the issue.

Works fine on my store! Can you post screen shot showing pdf and your categories.php showing the model number.

I have checked and double checked and have tried to upload the images for you to view but I am unable to upload the images and/ or link to the images on our server, as it keeps telling me the images are not valid images (but they are only 20KB and have tried jpg and png format)

So........ I have checked the Model number in the product and it is definitely there.... also the model definitely shows in the invoice section of the administration under Model number.....it seems just the pdf is not showing the model number?

Sorry I can't show the images to you. Is there somewhere I need to look or turn on for the model to show?

Can you post an example of your model numbers - do they have any non-alphanumeric characters in them? Post a few up and will test on the demo store.

Yes they are a combination of Letters and Numeric: UC1213 , TC3055 , TC1822 , UC3050

I wasn't aware of any issues using both alpha and numeric ?

Not alpha and numeric - they are fine! It is things like !?,.-/:;()£&@ etc

With the Models being as they are eg UC1213 , TC3055 , TC1822 , UC3050 any suggestions as to where to look or what to do to solve the problem. I suppose they could place the model number into the description if it can't be solved but I don't understand why the PDF doesn't pick up the Model numbers when it shows on the other reports?
