Changelog for 2.5.2? What was the changes that were made? It seems like a lot of files have been updated.
Re: Changelog for 2.5.2? Yes - lots of files as we have put in a BTS component to allow per template language changes. Useful if you have two customer groups (wholesale and retail) and you want to send them different emails, have different text shown in the site.

Re: Changelog for 2.5.2? As always, you can get the changes only package on the downloads page or get a change log right from the svn repository.
