[Installer Issue] How to install a template into an oscMax store?

I am building a webstore, and have been abandoned by the person who was helping me my first time.

I have tried to install a template myself to no avail and need help...maybe someone could do it for me if I sent them the file??

Lot to ask of someone I know, but I am desperate to find a simple way to do this, I have read instructions etc. etc.

but it is just not working for me, and quite honestly i am scared to do it again as I keep having to start over.

Please somebody kind enough out there...please help me!!
