that's the one in am trying to get to work

i keep getting: "failed to get basic authentication headers", when i try to install it. during the part of the install that asks you to test

www.your.com/googlecheckout/responsehandler.php

i have checked my server and it is not running php over cgi or suphp.

so i dont know why it is not working.

i have seem to have gotten around the "failed to get basic authentication headers" error.

i installed a clean copy of oscmax, and then reinstalled: 1.4.0-beta 1.2

so far it seems to be working well.

but

there are two different google checkout modules for oscmax:

1.4.0-beta 1.2

and

google_checkout_oscCMax_1.4.5.CCS.zip

which one should i use? i hear google_checkout_oscCMax_1.4.5.CCS.zip has been used without problems?

also, what is the different between these releases?

i will run google_checkout_oscCMax_1.4.5.CCS.zip if i am encouraged.
