    Default How to track orders

    Hi guys,

I am a newbie here, and I am wondering how did you guys let the customers to track their orders. Every time I have to send emails to customers, tell them the tracking url for their parcel, it's kinda silly and stupid...

    Does anyone has better idea?

Default Re: How to track orders

This is a function outside of osCMax can not be controlled by osCMax. It is a function based on AFTER you prepare/ship an item and you get a code from a 3rd party site (like UPS or USPS) that a client can trace. It may be possible to attach that as a Comment or such to the order for the client to lookup etc...
