'FedEx Return Error 124C : Required address field missing: State

Hi, I am using ocCMax V2.0.2, installed Fedex shipping module, created account with Fedex. Keyed in the Fedex account # and cURL based on the info from Fedex. And the Meter ID has been returned after pressing the Ship button on an order.

After submitting the order, the following error was returned:

This transaction could not be completed. Please note the error message below.

ERROR: FedEx Return Error 124C : Required address field missing: State

Both the Vendor and Customer have valid addresses, Province Code and Postal Code from Ontario, Canada.

It would be great if someone can help, appreciated.

Could it be that ON "state" does not exist in "United States"....... (though it should not mater)

Also did you set the address in the FedEx module?

Thanks for the info. This osCmax store is in Ontario, Canada. Maybe the system assumes the store is in the United States? I have checked the settings and they look ok. Here are the related settings:

Enter the 2 letter state or province name for the ship from street address, required for Canada and US


Postal code
Enter the postal code for the ship from street address, required


It seems to input box for Country ?
