Default Can not get FEDEX working

I can not get the Fedex module to work. It just hangs. I started with the version 2.04 that was alrewady in OSC max. I input all the info including my valid account number. Just hung. I looked in the forums and found a patch for sites on Godady which applies to me. Didn't help. I tried to upgrade to version 2.07 from OScommerce which includes the godaddy patch. Still does not help. My files are at
