Check Module redirecting to delivery information

Hi,

I am trying to implement the check/money order module, and after the person gets the order confirmation screen, and they press "continue", they are redirected back to the Delivery screen. What do I need to do to correct this?

Did you change any files or did you just turn this feature on in the admin section?

Can you please provide website so we can review.

I didn't change any files - the only file changes i have made are in regard to graphics and text.

No, I just gave up and decided not to take checks.

I am experiencing same problem; and opted to the same solution like you. No checks or money orders

I have just tested this on my store and it works fine ... both the Cheque/Money Order and Cash on Delivery ...

So not sure what you have changed ... you could try uninstalling the payment module and reinstalling it ...

Or, you could always try and use the 'Cash on Delivery' Module and simply change the text in the language file. (Although this will not put the cheque payable bit on the Confirmation page.)

I don't think I have changed anything regarding the payment module other than removing the graphics. Oh well - I'm not too worried about it as it is probably a bad idea to accept checks anyway.

I think I know whats going on at least for the SIM version of the echeck module. The echeck form that customers place on the confirmation page is trying to go to authorize.net's gateway to be processed. But if you don't have echeck set up for your authorize.net account, the request is gonna get rejected, which is why we end back at the delivery page after trying to complete an order.

Once you log into your authorize.net account, there is an integration user guide to add echeck functionality. I think its also 10 bucks month for the feature as well.

This is all my first guess!
