[Catalog Issue] Facing problem in Customer Loyalty Discount

I am using osCmax v2.5.1 .i had enabled customer loyalty discount in Order Total module but customer loyalty discount are not showing in front end (chaeckout page) please help me to sort out this prob.

yes. settings of Order Total Module are:
Sub-Total 1
Shipping 2
Tax 3
Customer Loyalty Discount 4
Low Order Fee 5
Discount Coupons 6
Gift Vouchers (-) 7
Total 8

No i mean the settings within the loyalty discount module. On right hand side ofscreen when you click edit.

And you have customers with completed orders > $10 ... who are checking out for a second time and not seeing the discount?

Can you give me an URL to your store to test?
