PayPal Express Checkout Module - One-Page Checkout problem

I've got the PayPal express checkout module turned on and everything is set up. If the user clicks "Checkout with PayPal" from the shopping cart, it takes them to PayPal and everything is fine.

The problem is if they click continue to checkout and the one-page checkout loads. This is what it looks like when PayPal is selected.

Also, when either PayPal or Amazon are selected and "confirm order" is clicked, the one-page checkout just reloads.

Did I do something wrong in implementing this?

Unlike PayPal Express, Amazon isn't included as standard (at least not in my SVN version of 'Max) - you may have a conflict.
Do things work when One Page Checkout is not used?

I ended up installing a different PayPal Express module, which works, but for some reason won't allow the user to checkout without a PayPal account. That's currently on the backburner, as a new, more pressing, issue has come to light.

I just submitted a post about this problem, and you should see it soon. After a server move by my host and upgrade to PHP 5.3.x, users cannot log in.

Any assistance on that issue would be greatly appreciated.

Clearly I'm learning as I go, and I really do appreciate the help in this forum. Without it learning would be much more difficult.
