Default CVV What is this ...Doesn't

In my Authorize.net payment module there is a neat call for cvv.html to show folks where that code is on their card. cvv.html IS in the catalog directory, and on it's own does appear.
For some reason that popup doesn't work.
the call is to 'javascript:CVVPopupwindow' and it apends the correct url.
I get an error on the page talking about line 1 and the error is it is expecting an object but it refers to the payment page.
I see no CVVPopup window in includes/javascript, but I do see popup_window.js .
Am I looking for something that isn't there, or did I miss something?

The link is :
javascript:CVVPopUpWindow('http://www.mysite.com/catalog/cvv.html')

The cvv.html page does exist in that path.
Could someone look to see if theirs is the same, and if so, Please look to see if you have a javascript called CVVPopUpWindow or someother file I might be missing? Thanks in advance.
