SIM produces double description titles for me

I have my authorize.net working fine for my web site but for some reason it shows the name of the product twice in the authorize.net gateway order page.

Does anyone have any ideas why it would be doing that or what file i can look at to fix the issue?

I'm still having issues with this one. Does anyone know the proper way to send an update for an existing order to authorize.net with the Simple Integration Method or paypal with Standard method? Is it possible?
