The sub-menu with Templates setup could do with shifting further up the order, to prevent the slideshow section from scrolling off the bottom. Second position under General Setting would be ideal, IMO.
I have no issue with the Superfish menu width at what is in effect 1024px (with no side menus in the browser). The Articles pulldown is approx. 50px in from the right hand side. This is at a standard zoom setting and obviously 1280px width still fits fine.
Notice that if so inclined you could replace the complete side shortcuts - "Quick Links", to match your own menu requirements. This brings a level of customisation not seen before, as standard in 'Max. In theory, you could switch the entire top menu off for certain groups (eg. Dispatch) and only show a few select shortcuts at the side, much more in accordance with good HCI practice.

Have been following the progress of osCmax v2.5 Beta 3 and hoping that the text attributes box for the imprinting of products will be included in the release candidate. I have shopped for a cart to replace osCommerce sites and osCmax is by far the best. At some point in time I hope to be able to make a contribution of my knowledge and/or money. Thanks to all who have brought this project together.
